104.74 KB

Xaignabouri, Laos
Looks similar to Epipedocera subundulata Gressitt & Rondon 1970 but without the subapical band.

There is a post about this species here
Unfortunately, we have not found the holotype of Epipedocera vitalisi Pic at MNHN.

It seems that for MIROSHNIKOV A. I., 2014.A review of the genus Clytellus Westwood, 1853, with notes on its systematic position and descriptions of eleven new species; Figs.25 & 26 it is Epipedocera undulata (Hope)= Epipedocera hardwickii (White, 1855)

On picture, I do not see differences.

You mean he is wrong since cannot recognize hardwickii and vitalisi?
It must be vitalisi here as they said.

I do not know who has it.
But look at photos from Laos (vitalisi) and photos from Nepal or India. They are really different!
