I think to Pterolophia (Pterolophia) medioalbicollis Breuning, 1965

This genus is so large and confusing. It might be P. medioalbicollis, but I also have photographs of P. (Ale) ploemi Lac. from the BMNH which also have a similar arrangement of white pubescence on the pronotum.
