P. melancholica is very shiny, and there are a lot of other differences. This is not even a Pachyteria. Are you sure it's Sumatra? Looks like something from Africa,
OK, the genus Leptosiella is similar, but perhaps more parallel in shape. And Leptosiella obscura Hudepohl has the same color scheme, except its terminal antennal segments do not have that type of white shiny pubescence. So it is not L. obscura definitely.
I have no other ideas. It could be new. It could be mis-labelled. Undoubtedly there are more new species in Sumatra, however it is one large island and largely deforested except for parks.
