I think it is Menesia niveoguttata (Aurivillius, 1925)

Thanks Xavier. From the description and illustration, it seems that Menesia niveoguttata has only 4 spots on each elytron whereas mine has 5. How about Menesia signifera (Thomson) 1865?

You are right. Those 2 species are very close, and may be the same (one lacking spot = variation ?)
Note that "nivea" means white, and holotype picture of M.signifera shows white spot : none of them has yellow spots.

With spots distribution, yours should be Menesia signifera (Thomson, 1865)
