This looks quite alike the Pseudiphra cf apicalis that I posted 2 years ago (http://www.cerambycoidea.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=14948) but it differs in the head color, 4th antennal segment black, femora thicker, and tibiae with long erect golden hairs.
