Bill, I didn't pay attention to the following particularity and I may be wrong on this determination. Is there a groove on internal side of the third antenal segment ?
If no, Sebastes is right and it is a female of Metaegosoma annamensis (Pic,1930)

I can confirm the opinion of Sebastes. With this gap between eyes and
sutural border on elytrae it's a female of Metaegosoma annamensis.
Sorry for my wrong indication in the firts opinion.
