or Ceresium nilgiriense Gahan, 1906 ??
Ceresium genus is big, and very difficult: 153 species with quite similar habitus. I do not think it is possible to get a correct ID on picture.

Oh yes Xavier Sir. Ceresium nilgiriense Gahan, 1906 also I have to checked, in ventral four spots on the abdomen is not there.
I am also very much confused. But to me maximum characters are matching with zeylanicum Sir. (Following Gahan 1906)

No, definitely not C. zeylanicum. On the other hand, C. nilgiriense is really similar.
