Oberea sp., and no more idea. .
Lateral coast seems too small for Nupserha genus, but...?

Peut-être Nupserha nigrolateralis sericeosuturalis Breuning, 1960; la suture est effectivement soyeuse ! L'apex des élytre me semble moins aigu, et Breuning ne mentionne pas le dernier sternite noire.

Avec l'aide de T. Kurihara, et vérifié dans la révision de Breuning, cette espèce serait Oberea atropunctata Pic, 1916
