I cannot wait until I finish studying this nice beetle myself, so I place it here.
I don't know the tribe. Mesotibia has a furrow on outer side and a tooth on inner side.
6 mm.

This is a member of several "groups" inside the genus Sybra, but I have in the moment no name.
Other members are Sybra tricoloripennis Breuning from Sulawesi and Sybra marcida Pascoe from West-Papua with the new synonyms intorta B., papuana B. and pseudogeminata B.
You can see that in our next publication.
