I have holotype pictures of both species, and they could be the same.

Subgenus Parasaimia has 5 bumps on pronotum (Breuning's revision ); Mesosa (Saimia) rondoni Breuning, 1962 has 3 bumps on pronotum (cf. description).

I think have exactly the same species, coming from the same locality, ...but I see no bump on pronotum.

Laos, Thad tong.

Without bump on pronotum, this species should belong to Mesosa str.s
