Macrochenus guerinii (White, 1858) femelle.
Dans sa révision, Breuning indique que le genre Macrochenus Guérin-Méneville, 1843 a un "pronotum sans épine latérale ou avec un tubercule latéral minime".

I saw the holotype picture of Paraepepeotes isabellinoides, and they
are similar too.
