Name is now Xylotrechus (Ootora) aureounifasciatus Wakejima, 2006 (in NIISATO T. & WAKEJIMA T., 2008).
Holotype specimen does not show small black spot in yellow area, but you should be right.

Does somebody have this paper ? NIISATO T. & WAKEJIMA T., 2008.

Nothing about a variation of this species in the paper by Niisato & Wakejima; I think you should publish a short note about this nice specimen.
