I'm looking for this very important literature Duffy, E.A.J. 1968, A Monograph of the Immature Stages of Oriental Timber Beetles (Cerambycidae). British Museum (Natural History), 435pp. ...or at least page number 143 dealing with Ceresium zeylanicum White and also the page dealing with Rhaphipodus subopacus Gahan...assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated
