This picture (from Laos fauna, 1970) shows the same species but with a wrong ID.
The true Pterolophia (Hylobrotus) bisulcaticollis Pic, 1926 has bands on pronotum and truncated elytra as on holotype picture here and in the original description by M. Pic.

No, it is Pterolophia (Hylobrotus) takakuwai Niisato & Makihara, 2018.
