Presumably it is Oberea meridionalis Breuning 1962
How is the last abdominal segment? If it is black or black it is certainly this species
Also the penultimate present also black? Now this colouring character is subject to discussion ...
In any case for the legs the characters are those of meridionalis as well as the elytral colour ...

Jerome, the basal 20% of the apical abdominal segment is testaceous,
the remaining 80% is black. The preceding segment is entirely testaceous
