Try in the genus Logisticus (Apatophyseini) Waterhouse.

I would rather think of the genus Toxitiades, because Logisticus has got a more elongated body.
I think it is Toxitiades sericeus (Guérin-Méneville, 1844) with following the key of Villiers, Quentin & Vives (2011). I have 4 specimens with color of elytra brown to dark black.
