Yo he cambiado la identificación dos veces (Prosoplus > Pterolophia > Prosoplus): es demasiado grande para una Pterolophia.
Para ser seguro hay que mirar el mesosterno: truncado (Prosoplus) o redondeado (Pterolophia).

probably Pterolophia salomonum Breuning, 1938, for me a very variable sps as well as in size and tomentation, but yours is really a big one.

Pterolophia salomonum (9-12 mm) should have a black spot at each side of the pronotal base. This character is no variable and I do not see it.
