Actually, Prosoplus (Escharodes) distinctus (Pascoe, 1864).

Concerning the taxonomic changes introduced by Slipinsky & Escalona, I suggest to read this article published in Zootaxa: Without a body of evidence and peer review, taxonomic changes in Liolaemidae and Tropiduridae (Squamata) must be rejected.

The reasons - lack the necessary scientific rigor in terms of replicability, specimen work, lack of peer review and that they do not follow best practices accepted by the herpetological community - used to consider null this self-published book can be used for the books by Slipinsky & Escalona as well.

I neglected looking at my Prosoplus species which are all from Australia. Now I recognize the genus and it's tribal position.
As for the genus names, if Xavier is lost, you can believe I am lost too.
But I think they are not Rhytiphora. So I keep the name Prosoplus distinctus (Pascoe, 1864).
The Zootaxa article will certainly be interesting.
Thanks again to all.
