what is the difference between Perissus intersectus (Holzschuh, 2003) and Xylotrechus savioi (Pic, 1935)

Probably none !
Holzschuh (2003) compares his species with P. multifenestratus and writes nothing about Xylotrechus savioi (Pic, 1935) (Holotype here).

I'd not be so categoric: the basic pattern is strangely the same and we do not known the variability of Xylotrechus savioi.
Only legs seem to show a different colour.
I'd curios to see a frontal view of both species...

Apart the colour of the antennae, the ridge is a bit different.
Might be a sexual difference?

l'échancrure des yeux me semble identique (dérive de la position).
la pilosité vertex c'est un artefact
