Your species compared to Monochamus semigranulatus (Pic, 1925) posted here.
In Breuning revision, there is another species with strong granulation : Monochamus asper Breuning, 1935 a Vietnamese species which has also 2 black spots on elytra.

Well, I do not see any Annamanum with such basal granulation on elytra.
