checking the genus on internet it seems to be an homonymous of an Hymenoptera genus (SCLEROGIBBIDAE)
s'il n'y pas de solution c'est qu'il n'y a pas de problème ! akuna matata ....

Yes, it is Mystrocnemis Kieffer, 1905 nec Quedenfeldt, 1882.
This hymenopteran genus was substituted with Parasclerogibba Hamann, 1958. Now it is a synonym of Sclerogibba.
