That looks a good fit for the genus, thanks. I see scincus is a possibility.

So, you mean Parazosmotes scincus (Pascoe, 1865) ? It is a species from Borneo, not Philippines...

Your specimen is probably a Parazosmotes sp., but I don't recognize Parazosmotes scincus (Pascoe, 1865) comparing to pictures here, (no smooth surface on the pronotum, no yellow spots on the elytra, etc).
