Hard to be 100% affirmative with this picture. But I am quite sure that this is a male of Chromacilla foveata Aurivillius, 1913. ID can be confirmed by it's pronotum: discal depressions present, and dense dark tomentum extending on the apical parts.

The yellowish longitudinal sutural area is much more distinct than what is shown in this image. The lateral edges of the pronotum have distinct yellow pubescence. For those features, it doesn't match the image of Chromacilla foveata on "bezbycids.com" to my satisfaction, unless the species is dimorphic.
