I'm thinking of a small specimen of Prionus insularis Motschulsky, 1857 (average size 30 > 35mm). |

thanks Claude, I have compared with P. insularis from my coll, and this are different species, what do you think about: Prionus galantiorum Drumont & Komiya, 2006 |

Yes Andreas, I agree. I am not lucky enough to have this species in my collection, but from the photos of the holotypes, the shape of the pronotum with the insignificant spines in the corners, the elytral strong punctuation and the ratio of the antennal segments correspond well to this species. |
