Not sure again, doesn't fit right for Sybra but can't make it into anything else? Jet black with a bluey sheen

Maybe a Pteropliini (genus ?) but I haven't seen from Asia !

I've had this specimen under a microscope and I can confirm it isn't rubbed or damaged (fine hairs present on elytra and colour intact) I assume this is another Pterolophia species that we are unaware of.
