May be Ceresium zeylanicum White, 1855 ? But pay attention to Ceresium rusticum Yokoi, 2019 which similar white hairs on pronotum.

I'm lost among C. aemulator, C. zeylanicum, and C. rusticum. They look very similar. I'll take a closer look on this.
