More similar to detrita in my view than to obydovi.
"A. detrita differs from A. obydovi by bigger average body size (lenght from 13 to 21 mm) presence of numerous long erect black setae along elytral surface; black setae tibiae brushes; much denser yellow pubescence on ventral body side, totally hiding punctuation; parameres distinctly longer with longer setae; apex of aedeagus slightly bent dorsally and a little less pointed". - from original description.

So, Agapanthia (Epoptes) detrita Kraatz, 1882 for the full name, if Robert confirms.

Yes, I confirm, this is not obydovi. Its length is 16mm and it has long scattered black setae on the elytra.

Thank you Max!
