Indeed.
The only Xystrocera species of Mozambique having this color is X. bomfordi Veiga-Ferreira, 1971.
However, I have not got the description.

I think it fits most of the description, except perhaps the sexually dimorphic portions? Only the male was available for description. What do you think?

I think that it fits well enough: the red scape is an almost rare feature.
