I determinated it as Dorcaschesis balanceana Vives, 2015.

NOTA BENE
I post it among Apomecynini because claws of my specimen are divergent.
At first, I thought it's: Sybra or near of this genus.
With this elytral pattern, I thought it's easy to find it in biblio of Apomecynini.

In fact, I found it in biblio of Desmiphorini (group with divaricate claws).
It's easy to see that my specimen match with the holotype (male) described and illustrated by Vives (Bol. S.E.A. 2015, 56: 51).

So, 3 possible answers:
1- the taxon D balanceana should be combined with other genus,
2- Dorcaschesis should be moved to other tribe,
3- I'm all wrong despite the evident similarity with D. balanceana.

Difficult to conclude because:
- I can't distinguish claws of holotype,
- I don't know Dorcaschesis sericata Heller, 1924 (species type of genus).

In my private collection, without waiting for possible nomenclatural act, I ranked it in box of Apomecynini from Philippines.
[In virtual collection of my website, it is in box of Desmiphorini because the positioning of the specimens is generated automatically according to the nomenclature.]

interesting, indeed with divergent claws this spm should belongs to Apomecynini, by picture it looks similar to Sybra albovariegata or S. parteochreithorax, unfortunately I don't know the type sps of the genus Dorcaschesis !

kindly a friend of my made a picture from the type species of
Dorcaschesis recently - see type section !
So, I think this interesting Apomecynini, it should be really D. balanceana has nothing to do with this genus, Dorcaschesis has divaricate claws indeed.

At first I thought to Sybra: Sybra balanceana (Vives) would be a better combination...
