This specimen is close to Rhaphuma pauca Holzschuh, 2017

I think it is a good match though is 5mm longer and would expand the known range by a good amount

It is not Rhaphuma pauca which is smaller, and probably not a Rhaphuma but a Demonax.

I still think that those are bunch of setae, and may not be spines...Patrick can confirm that.

They are setae clumped together
