Same answer than other post:

We do not clearly distinguish lateral spine of pronotum (pointed vs obtuse) to conclude with key of (Breuning,1950) implemented there.
If pointed spine, it's Heteroclytomorpha sexplagiata Breuning, 1939;
if obtuse spine, it's Heteroclytomorpha quadrinotata Blanchard, 1853.

Here, the original drawing of Heteroclytomorpha quadrinotata Blanchard, 1853, which can also show two supplementary discal spots.
The other species shows three spots on each elytron.
