mmmhm... Cleptometopus should have the upper eyes lobes completely missing. With that pronotum as wide as elytral base, it should be Anandra capriciosa Thomson, 1864. This species should be 15-20 mm long.
I have a b&w picture of the type in Breuning's monograph; I will scan this photocopy, but it is not very well definite. The description is in German. Aurivillius, 1916 described here at the page 21 (in Latin!) the variety niveoplagiata. I will look for further papers.
