Divergent or divaricate claws ?
Anterior ones appear to be divaricate, posterior ones, divergent.
It's not evident.

With divaricate claws, short scape... I think Desmiphorini is the good tribe.
Some genera known from Thailand have lateral spine on pronotum.
For example: Adjinga Laomiccolamia Miccolamia Nedine Parasophroniella Bulbophlyarus Pseudoricopis...

With divergent claws, I think at first to Pteropliini...
