It's Monochamus fisheri Breuning, 1944 in my collection. I don't recall where I saw it identified as such. Perhaps at the BMNH.

Of course there could be mistakes in that paper. If the authors relied on Makihara's book of 1999 for identification, then there a lot of mistakes.
