First, you can check descriptions of Niphona andamana Breuning, 1974 & Niphona andamanica Breuning, 1938. They are in German.

How about Niphona lateralis...The specimen seems to agree with the description.

yes, it should be lateralis, the description fits in all point, the large white lateral spot is not good visible because of the glued toment, the size 8 line is about 18mm is ok too,and this sps is known from the Andamans too --> thanks for the clue !
