I have 2 similar one's from W-Papua, I think they belong to Phoracanthini, yours is maybe Nyphasia pulchra Gressitt, 1951

two spms (females) of maybe the same sps from W-Papua (Tamarau Mts, Wondowoi mts.) 14.2 mm + 13.7 mm

yes, your spm (a male ?) is more shiny and the leg esp the hind one's are longer, maybe a sexual dimorphism ?
