Non, il appartient aux Mesosini. Observe son scape allongé et avec la cicatrice.
Il me semble d'observer de bosses obtuses sur le pronotum: elle pourrait être une Saimia.

Si c’est une Mesosa, regarde du coté de Mesosa nigrostictica qui est la seule espèce que j’ai vue de Java sur Lamiaires du Monde. J’espère que sa pourras t’aider

Je pense qu'il soit une femelle de Mesosa (Saimia) niasica (von Breuning, 1935).
Elle correspond assez à sa description.
