Kazakhstan is big enough.. In my view it`s from optatum group, very similar to D. optatum toropyginae Danilevsky,1999. But that form from Kirghizstan. In any case the real labels data would be appreciated here.
Ok. If this data is reliable we have two possibilities: D. alexandris and D. kastekus. I would exclude the latter. So it would have to be small and slender male of D. alexandris Pic. Keru environs is a well-known locality for this species.
