This insect is a Phytoecia can you just tell me if it is the sub-genus Blepisanis or Pseudoplepisanis?

I have searched and I can't find it! Look maybe at a form of P (Pseudobl......) analis? But frankly not convinced! Or P (Pseudo......) basilewskyi to which it would resemble more but considering the distribution I doubt that it is that?
Phytoecia are very complicated I have a box full of Phytoecia and 50% are either undetermined or determined with doubt or "cf" and it is sometimes frustrating! There are clearly new things but not knowing this group which deserves to be seriously revised I dare not go further.
What is incredible is that it is collected in Gauteng not far from Pretoria and that the locality has often been hunted ....
