Non, Oberea lacana a des antennes plus courtes et la face inférieure du corps noire.
Je n'aboutis à rien avec la révision de Breuning, mais l'espèce la plus proche me semble Oberea subtenuata Breuning, 1968 décrite du sud Laos.
