First impression Prosopocera (Paralphitopola) maculosa Pascoe, but then noted the lateral spines... which seems to fit with Prosopocera (Alphitopola) pseudomaculosa Breuning

Sorry, Prosopocera (Alphitopola) submaculosa Hunt & Breuning, 1955 not Prosopocera (Alphitopola) pseudomaculosa Breuning
