Pierre, looks like Eburiini

Is the third antennal segment with a long dorsal groove (Eburodacrys)?

This does not match any I've seen.

Yes, of course, Eburiini is what comes in mind first. I have checked these beetles by using your website, Martins keys and Boteros revision on Eburodacrys, but could not fine any match. I have also looked on other tribes which may show similar features.
Procoxae are closed and rounded; mesocoxae open. There is no dorsal groove on the third antennal segment.
The spined femora exclude many other tribes.

Pseudoeburia albolineata Fisher, 1944.

This species was formerly described under Eburiini but has been transferred in 2015 to Bothriospilini by our colleague J.P. Botero.

I have recieved his pdf.
