There are only two species of Dorysthenes (Lophosternus) in Yunnan: D. dentipes (Fairmaire, 1902) and D. angulicollis (Fairmaire, 1886). The former species has the third antennomere longer than following two combined, while the latter has it shorter than them. Here this segment seems shorter than following two; therefore, it should be a male of D. angulicollis.
P.s. Thank you very much for the contemporaneously sending of this and the following species. This fact has give to me the opportunity to re-study this genus and to notice that the specimens present in the gallery were not D. huegelii, but angulicollis. This last species is the only one characterised by 12 (rather than 11) antennal joints.
