Non è stata pubblicata nei Cahiers, ma in una serie speciale (collection systématique) che non ho ancora ricevuto. Tra serie e serie speciali (c'è anche la revisione degli Apatophyseinae del Madagascar scritta da Vives in un altra serie ancora) si finisce sempre per perdersi qualcosa.
