| Dear Carlo. Is it possible that we see different photos in this Forum? The beetle in your present ad looks like a typical Clytini. The beetles in your recent reference seem completely different to me. |

| Ciao Francesco, questa foto ha suscitato legittimi dubbi da parte di Vitali che sono anche miei. La storia è questa, a prima vista mi sembravano dei Clytini anche se mi sono arrivati identificati come Xanthospila, poi ho visto le foto sul forum e l'esemplare di Owen dunque eccola qui così mi chiarisco le idee |

Caro Carlo, questo insetto mi ha fatto venire in mente un lavoro di Adlbauer e Dauber in cui c'erano due bestie dagli stessi colori. L'ho trovato, ma non si tratta della medesima specie... in ogni caso mi pare si tratti di un Chlorophorus del gruppo del krantzi Gahan.
Devo cercare un po' meglio, ma potrebbe essere molto interessante... |

Vedi come sono diventato bravo faccio domande e poi mi rispondo da solo: Chlorophorus deterrens (Pascoe, 1862) vive in zona.
