Not "Kapchagia", but Kapchagai (or Kaptchagai)- that`s right. Psilotarsus brachypterus pubiventris (Semenov, 1900), for me. |

Psilotarsus cannot be accepted as genus since the author of this combination (Danilevsky, 2000) did not provide any reason for this. Hence: Prionus (Psilotarsus) brachypterus pubiventris Semenov, 1900. |
