Hallo, I'm Innal Rahman, from East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Please help me identify this insect.
Is this Olenecamptus siamensis ssp?

Olenecamptus siamensis has yellow spots, but also a yellow scutellum. It is not present in Borneo, nor in Malaysia but there is a variety (? subspecies) in Indonesia (Sumatra) with white spots.
I think that it should be O. affinis Breuning, 1936 (here a presumed type) or O. optatus Pascoe, 1866, both with white spots.
Actually, I do not know if the colours of these spots is different in living beetles; however, the picture is too small in order to guess the species.

I agree.
According to Breuning, O. affinis differs from O. optatus in having a short spine at the apex of elytra... nonetheless, the type does not show any spine!
Waiting for further research, your species should be identified as O. optatus.
