Makes me immediately think of the Helymaeus-complex: the punctures and white hairy patches on the pronotum sides are typical. On the other hand no one of the described items has such swollen tibiae, nor the white stripe in the middle of the pronotum. I have two totally identical specimen. Small, 7 mm.
