Yunnan, China. 17 mm.
I would say: Grammographus notabilis cuneatus; do you agree?

I'd say yes, it is.
Nonetheless, Grammographus should be a subgenus or a synonym of Demonax, while cuneatus should not be considered as a veritable subspecies, as Gressitt (Fauna of China) claimed, since both subspecies are present in Szechuan, even on the same mountain (Mt. Omei).

Yes, Francesco, I have seen Grammographus as a subgenus from Demonax, mentioned on BioLib. By the way the photo of notabilis shown there is quite similar to my specimen though different in particular on the pronotum. But I guess that the coloration of this species does vary a lot - many Clytini do so.
Thank you!

The picture in BioLib belongs to the typical form (as those of the gallery); your specimen is a female of cuneatus.
The main difference is the pronotum with less evident or without spots.
The difference in the elytral pattern is smaller, since I have got a small series from China with a (variable) pattern, not very different from that of the typical form.
However, waiting for different taxonomic statements, I have to update the gallery.
