Bonjour, Voici un autre cerambycidae que je pense appartenir aux Xystrocera, pourrai-ce être X. semilunaris présent dans le livre de Fähraeus? Merci !

Je ne comprends ce qu'il passe moi non plus... tu pourrais mettre de noms très différents aux files car il me semble que le système va ajouter aux lettres initiales des noms des files (toujours les mêmes) un numéro différent... comme-ça tu pourras contrôler si les lettres correspondent aux noms originaires.
Voilà une bête qui démontre évidemment que les tribus Xystrocerini et Oemini ne sont pas sérieusement séparables: ici il n'a pas d’épine apicale sur le scape même s'il s'agit d'une Xystrocera!
Ta bête est le mâle d'une espèce proche de erosa. X. semilunaris est un synonyme et donc ton identification est probablement exacte. Le seul problème est que Martins (1980) - qui a fait la dernière révision de ce genre (et qui ensuite a séparé Xystrocerini de Oemini ) - n'a pas vu les types. Dans ce cas, les bords verts des élytres peuvent signifier X. erosa var. juvenca Pascoe or X. natalensis Ferreira.... mais Martins ne savait pas si les considérer synonymes ou pas. Malheureusement, Ferreira ne voyait les types non plus... |

Bonjour, Merci, je vais essayer de faire cela pour les photos, Concernant le spécimen, désirez vous plus de clichés pour préciser l'identification? ou en reste à X. erosa var. juvenca? Cela veut il dire que X. natalensis est un synonyme à cette espèce? ou une différente? Merci !

C'est une histoire un peu plus compliquée.<br>Pascoe (1864) décrivit erosa et juvenca comme deux espèces, mais Distant (1898) considéra juvenca comme synonyme de erosa. Ensuite Breuning (1957) considéra juvenca une variété de erosa. Ferreira (1954) décrivit natalensis, que Breuning (1958) considéra erronément synonyme de devittata (une espèce de Tanzanie). Selon Martins (1980) natalensis serait au contraire proche ou synonyme de juvenca, mais il ne connaissait pas les types. Je peux chercher les descriptions originaires, mais on peut dire peu sans les types. |
